This Privacy Policy discloses how Autocare Network, LLC ("Autocare", "we", "us" or "our") collects, protects, uses, and discloses personal information provided about you, in conformance with applicable data privacy laws. Autocare respects the privacy of customers and other visitors to our websites and using our applications. This Privacy Policy covers all visitor and customer Personal Information processed by Autocare's website (https://www.autocarenetwork.com/), the "Autocare Network", "Anit" and "ACN Merchant" mobile applications for Apple and Android phones, and our services (collectively, "Services"). This Privacy Policy will assist you to understand what types of Personal Information we may collect, how that Personal Information may be used and with whom the information may be shared or to whom it may be sold. If our privacy practices for certain services differ from those explained in this Privacy Policy, we will let you know at the time we ask for or collect your information.

1. What Information We Collect About You

It does not include information where your identity has been removed (anonymized data), which we can use for any purpose. Personal Information includes name, home address, home telephone number, e-mail address, financial information, and other identifiers. Information You Provide Us:
- Personal Identification Information includes your full name, your Autocare account information, your business title, Territory, password, email address, mailing address, phone number, your personal card code, Internet Protocol (IP) address, or similar identifiers.
- Transaction Information includes your payment and transaction information such as your credit/debit card number, banking information, first and last name tied to the credit or debit card number, billing address, or details about the products or services purchased.
- Communication Information includes your information you voluntarily provide to us via the optional comments field or messages field on the "LiveChat" or "Chat Help" feature on our mobile application, the questions you provide us when you communicate with us on LiveChat Chat Help, and your feedback that you communicate to us via email.
- Geolocation Information includes geolocation, such as your current location when you wish to use, or are in the course of using, the Services.
- Profile Information includes your login information and password, purchases or orders made by you, your interests, and preferences.
- Marketing Information includes names, your interests, the car washes you visit and the maintenance and other services and products which you use with respect to your vehicle.
Information Automatically Collected by Technology:
In addition to the information you provide us, we may automatically collect certain information about your device, software, and browser to provide you with an efficient and personalized experience. This information includes:
- Device Information includes the device's hardware information, operating system, platform information, browser type, language information, and browser plugin types.
- Usage Information includes information about how you use our Services.
Information Collected from Third Parties:
We may collect personal or anonymized information about you from third-party companies including the party which provided you access to our Services. For example, we may collect information such as your name, location, gender, birth date, email address, phone number, and the location of car washes which you visit using our application and other products related to your vehicle.
Aggregated Information:
We may also collect, use, sell, and share aggregated information such as statistical or demographic information for any purpose ("Aggregated Information"). Aggregated Information could be derived from your personal information but is not considered personal information, as this information will not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. However, if we combine or connect Aggregated Information with your personal information so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined information as personal information, which will be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We do not collect any special categories of sensitive Personal Information about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health, genetic and biometric data, and precise geolocation data), nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offenses.
2. Reason for Processing Your Personal Information
We may process the personal information you provide for the following reasons and legal bases:
- To set up your account through our mobile application.
- To facilitate and process your transactions for our Services.
- To provide you with information about our Services.
- To inform you of car wash locations in our network of car washes.
- To assess and provide you with information about our partnership opportunities as an Autocare network dealer, car wash or agent.
- To receive and respond to Autocare Network member questions and comments.
- To respond to your requests, comments and general questions.
- To provide you with information about our Services.
- To provide you with our promotional materials.
- To communicate with you via our LiveChat or Chat Help feature.
- To allow you to exercise your data privacy rights.
In addition, we may process your Personal Information for the following reasons:
- To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights.
- In any other way we may describe when you provide the information.
- For any other purpose with your consent.
We may use information that is not Personal Information for any purpose. For example, we may aggregate usage data from many people in a way that does not identify any individuals to calculate the percentage of users accessing a feature on our digital offerings.

In addition, we may receive information regarding your interests and interactions with third-party service providers, such as car washes or dealers or from our analytics providers or the third parties themselves.

The Company may use your Personal Information to:

This may include: (i) informing you of our Services and promotional activities that may be of interest to you; (ii) providing information and assistance about the Services, including communication regarding your Autocare user account; (iii) responding to your feedback about our website, products, and Services, including, for example, technical support and service improvements to our website and Services; (iv) responding to your questions or inquiries about partnerships with Autocare Network including, becoming an Autocare Dealer, Autocare Car Wash, and Autocare Agent; (v) responding to your general and member questions; (vii) responding to your privacy inquiries; (viii) communicate with you via the LiveChat or Chat Help features; (ix) inviting you to participate in market research surveys and to send you marketing materials and updates.
- Develop and manage our relationships with you and our business partners. This may include: (i) to process payments; (ii) delivering services or carrying out transactions directly with us or via our services providers; (ii) providing information about our Services to you via our Autocare Network Dealers, Car washes, and Agents; (iv) providing you with a more consistent experience in interacting with us, including by learning more about you and how you use and interact with our website and Services to personalize the website and mobile application; and (iv) planning, managing, and performing our contractual relationships with you, partners, and service providers.
- Improve our Services. This may include: (i) customizing our website or application to your preferences or interests, (ii) making them more compatible with your devices and browsers, or otherwise making our Services easier to use; (iii) maintaining the security of our Services and otherwise protecting them; and (iv) improving our Services.
- Address legal issues. This may include: (i) complying with our obligations to retain certain business records for minimum retention periods; (ii) establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims; (iii) complying with laws, regulations, court orders, or other legal processes; (iv) detecting or preventing fraud or intellectual property infringement claims, violations of our contracts or agreements, violations of law, or other misuse of our website or Services; and (v) protecting our rights or property, or yours or other health, safety, welfare, rights, or property.

6. Cookies and Automatic Data Collection Technologies
Our Services may use automatic data collection technologies to distinguish you from other Application users. This helps us deliver a better and more personalized experience when you browse our Application. It also allows us to improve our Application by enabling us to:
- Estimate our Application's visitor traffic and usage patterns.
- Store your preferences, so we may customize our website according to your individual interests.

The retention periods for each category of Personal Information, including sensitive personal information, vary depending on compliance with relevant laws, your request for deletion, and our retention policies. For example, we may need to retrain your Personal Information to comply with our legal or reporting obligations in accordance with the laws or to defend against claims. Consequently, it is not possible for us to provide a definitive length of time. Our retention periods are determined by using and balancing the following criteria:

Before fulfilling your request, we take steps to verify that you are who you say you are, or you have the authority to act on someone else's behalf. Therefore, upon receipt of your request, we may request additional information that we need to verify you and, if you are submitting a request on behalf of someone else, to verify that you are permitted to act on that person's behalf.
When we contact you to request verification information, please respond and provide the information that we have requested. Depending on the nature of your request, we will verify your identity to either a reasonable or high degree of certainty. This may mean that we need to match two or three pieces of information that we hold about you with information that you provide to us.
In addition to providing the information we need to verify you or your authority, you must provide us with enough information so that we can understand, evaluate, and respond to your request. We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot confirm the personal information relates to you.
We will only use Personal Information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify your identity or authority to make the request and to locate relevant information. We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and to understand, evaluate, and respond to your request.
We cannot delete personal information in those situations where our retention is required for our own internal business purposes or otherwise permitted by applicable laws (such as fraud prevention or legal compliance). In these situations, we will retain your information in accordance with our records retention program and securely delete it at the end of the retention period.
We will attempt to respond to your privacy request within forty-five (45) days of receipt. If we require an additional forty-five (45) days to respond to your request, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable request's receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. When you request a copy of your personal information, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity easily.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your privacy request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide a cost estimate before completing your request.
If we deny your privacy request, you have the right to appeal the denial of the request. You may appeal your request by emailing us at legal@autocarenetwork.com explaining why the denial of the request should be reconsidered. We will provide a response no later than sixty (60) days after receipt of the appeal informing the consumer in writing if any action was taken or was not taken in response to the appeal and the reasons for the decisions.
11. International Transfers
We are a company located in the United States, and our Services are provided to individuals residing in the United States. If you are using our website from outside the United States, you should be aware that the information collected on this website may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which Autocare or its affiliates or service providers maintain facilities, including hosting services or servers. By providing your information to our website or Services, you are consenting to the transfer of your information (including placing cookies) outside of your country in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
