Who We Are

Autocare is a US company which owns and operates a proprietary mobile application (iOS and Android) which services the car Dealership industry by providing each dealership or group with a white label technology platform to maintain connectivity with their customers and to drive the retention of those customers by providing them with an enhanced dealership experience.

Our Product

Autocare operates a mobile App which is custom branded to the name and logo of each of our dealership partners and personalized to the customer and his/her automobile(s).  The App’s functionality is simple: it provides the customer with access to the car wash plans and/or vouchers which have been provided by the Dealership and it gives the customer a one-button link back to the Dealership to access service.

Our Mission

Autocare aims to offer its dealership customers a unique retention tool, custom-branded for each dealership, to foster long-lasting relationships with their clients. Featuring an appealing car wash plan providing top-tier car washes with integrated functionality for seamless communication between users and dealerships, the Autocare app serves as the ideal marketing tool.

Chris Reinhardt, an entrepreneur with a passion for automobiles, started his first auto detailing business in 1988 from his garage, eventually becoming the premier detailer in the NY area, serving clients like Ralph Lauren.

34 years later, Chris continues to pursue his passion through technology. In 2009, he founded Autocare Network to bridge the gap between auto dealers and the car wash industry. Over 13 years, he transformed a simple car wash concept into a leading client retention platform for dealerships. Now, Chris is taking the company national with state-of-the-art mobile technology.

Hillel Frankel, President

President

Hillel has over 30 years of experience in businesses, licensing, mergers and acquisitions, contractual work and finance, both as a professional and an owner/operator. He will leverage this vast experience to spearhead ACN’s national expansion.

As President, Hillel is responsible for the partnership relationships with both dealerships and car wash groups and also oversees all other legal relationships.  He is both a CPA as well as an attorney.

Garrett O’Shea, CMO

With more than two decades of expertise in Marketing and Operations, Garrett is a highly experienced professional. He has been responsible for creating businesses from the ground up, as well as managing campaigns for brands such as GEICO, AB-InBev, Chevrolet, Mercedes Benz, and Ally Bank. As CMO, he is responsible for ACN’s sales and marketing and works with the executive team to plan overall strategies and objectives.

Steve Rollins, CTO

Steve is a highly decorated CTO and seasoned businessman and oversees ACN's technology to propel its national expansion.  Prior to ACN, he led the technology functions for Martha Stewart, Reed Elsevier, SESAC and Kathy Kuo Designs. A hands-on passionate developer, Steve leads the development of ACNs technology strategy and ensures that the organization’s technology resources are used efficiently and effectively as its scales out its business across the U.S.

Rob Marino, Director of Operations

With an extensive background in customer experience training from his time at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Rob oversees operations.  As ACN’s Director of Operations, he is responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans, setting and managing budgets, and managing operations personnel.  Rob has a passion for building strategic relationships and is a strong leader with a deep strategic and financial understanding of the business.
